My practice is based in the belief that we are Spirits on a Human journey rather than Humans on a Spiritual journey. Life is an energetic process linking together a series of habits we collectively call our self. Like software on a computer, sometimes these habits run efficiently and sometimes they don't. And sometimes our habits need to be upgraded.

I believe that our breath connects us to this space and this time, our here & now. The relationship we have with our breath is casual at best, but committed to living. I will share an understanding of the energy in a pose and the breath that carries you there by teaching proper pose alignment and your symmetry, with an emphasis on developing strength with stamina and confidence.

Yoga, by timeless design, will support everyone, regardless of age or skill level. I offer a beginner friendly approach to learning this life affirming practice. It is my intention to spend the time we have together bringing you to a deeper understanding of Yogic Science, as best I may.

I look forward to the privilege of spending time together.
